Relaxing Moves Groups bring together elements of Shibashi and T’ai Chi Movement for Wellbeing with gentle yoga stretches, relaxation and music, in a way that is open to anyone.
Relaxing Moves Groups offer an antidote to our Westernised goal-orientated mind set. We rarely place value on the relaxation that can - paradoxically - enable us to be more efficient!
Relaxing Moves Groups can last from a 1 hour taster session to a day or weekend for a deeper experience.
A typical session will include:-
Participants often find themselves feeling more grounded, more alive and more able to face the challenges of the day ahead.
Relaxing Moves Groups offer time for you - learning or reminding yourself of ways in which you can introduce relaxation into your daily life. The simple practices on offer are designed to be portable for on-going use outside of sessions.
Relaxing Moves Groups take place in warm, comfortable venues. I offer a safe and supportive environment geared towards enabling everyone to relax and feel welcome. Loose, comfortable clothing is worn - participants may chose to bring cushions, blankets or mats.
Groups are run by request so please get in touch for more information or to book a session. Planned public groups will be published on this site.
