I have a wide range of experience in working with people including Training and Group Facilitation, Healing, Massage, Counselling and Vocational Guidance. I have also worked as a Parenting Worker and Learning Mentor with children and young people.

I have over 25 years experience of working in the helping professions in Bath and Bristol.

I have been practising as a therapist since 1990, running a private practice from home and working with businesses, statutory and voluntary organisations in the community

In terms of massage, my passion is working with the Chinese model of medicine using acupressure and work on meridians alongside selected essential oils to further enahnce the benefits of massage.

As a Counsellor I offer general counselling but also specialise in working with women who have been victims of domestic abuse and working with parents experiencing the challenges of bringing up children in todays society.

I have been a student of T'ai Chi since 1986 and this "moving meditation" supports me emotionally and physically. Relaxing Moves group sessions bring together some of the most helpful and enjoyable elements of Qi Gong (T'ai Chi exercises), relaxation, gentle movement and music, that I have taken part in during regular retreats with the Rising Dragon T'ai Chi School.

My style is warm, person-centred and practical - I pay attention to details of professionalism and hygiene and give time to ensuring you receive a relaxed, therapeutic and unique treatment.
