Payment is to be made by individuals on the day of treatment (this includes payments made by companies for On-Site work where applicable).
Where group work has been commissioned by an organisation, payment to be made either on the day or within 10 working days of delivery of group session.
Where group work has been offered in a community setting, payment to be made at commencement of the session.
In the case of cancellation of individual treatments, 24 hours notice is required or payment in full is expected. However, if a suitably convenient time can be found during the same week, no charge will be made. If I have to cancel a session for any reason, clearly no charge will be made, and I will still endeavour to find another suitable time during the same week.
Where group sessions are cancelled (other than by myself) the cost of room hire, amount of notice given etc. will be taken into consideration when calculating cancellation fees.
